Deadmine now also has a transporter called "Goblin Transponder" appeared in several location (red dots):

Also it seems, as if the friendly NPCs only spawn in normal mode? I have just been in the instance on heroic mode, and none of the was there. Entering in normal mode after that showed all of them.
