Release Candidate: Atlas 1.9RC2 (English only)

Postby Dan Gilbert » Sun Apr 15, 2007 10:02 pm

Atlas 1.9RC2
(release candidate 2)

Note: Includes all four additional Atlas core plugins.
Note: Includes English data only.

Changes:
  • split Scarlet Monastery into four different maps
  • made many database changes, additions, and corrections
  • added auto-select code for Outland instances (Drahcir)
  • renumbered LBRS and Stratholme maps (Celellach)

Please post necessary fixes to the Pending Changes forum.

Barring major issues, this will be the final release. Translators might want to hold off a few days just in case; I'll make another announcement. The only major pending change is going to be updated level ranges for all the instances, but this doesn't affect the translations. I'm going to update the readme file very soon (prior to release) as well, and it would be great to have it fully translated. Stay tuned...

Thanks!

I just finished the loot adjustments. Daviesh will probably release a new version as soon as he comes online.
Regarding French translation: I am only doing English and German by default. For French we need to wait for our translator. Don't know how long that will be. Hopefully it will be ready when we release the final.

I'm happy to wait until AL is ready before releasing anything widely.

I live in Australia, the time zones aren't exactly friendly. I'll have a quick look tonight to decide whether to release a beta, if not it will have to wait until tomorrow, I have an exam tomorrow morning.

Your exam is much more important--good luck!

Seriously people, give the guy a break!

All done, SM was the only bit I had to play with.

May the road to release be all downhill from here :-)

Just waiting untill the bloody beta is over.
Really, atlasloot + atlas + atlasquest = beta chaos
You need alot of time to let those 3 work together without problems ><

I hope afther the beta's there will be alot more communication between the mods cause now there is very little to none...

Anyhow, great work and I hope the final version comes soon cause I am done with the beta's :)
Is there a release date for the final yet ?

AQ and AL are only Beta because Atlas is not final, so we can't be sure if we will have to change stuff at a moments notice.
